I have seen the way many gymnastics clubs have been managed in the past, and until I saw Delta I have never seen a club that truly values and respects all gymnasts equally whether they are the 2 years old or a level 10 Australian representative. Here, I have really been able to feel confident that all of the staff are working together to create the same pathway for children – the path that leads to respectful, confident, well mannered, and well balanced boys and girls, who may end up being really good at gymnastics as well. I love working for a place that has the same moral standards as me.
