The Delta Aspire Performance Program caters for high level National and International gymnastics. Gymnasts selected into this level of the program aspire to represent their state and country at Level 10 and International competition. As part of this program girls compete in the ALP Level 7 – 10 divisions along with Future, Junior and Senior International Competition. With a focus on mastering high level skills, exceptional strength and conditioning and an emphasis on goal setting and teamwork, gymnasts are equipped with the skills to be the best they can be – in the gym, at school and in their future endeavours!
At Delta we believe that it is not only what we do – but the way we do it. Our Core Values are what guide our decision making and unite our entire team. Click Here to read more about our Core Values.
We are so proud of the incredible leaders we have at all levels, who foster these values and demonstrate them in and outside of the gym. We thought we would share a little more about our highest level athletes for you to get to know and so you continue following their journey.

How many hours do you train? 30 hours per week
What Level are you? Junior International
What School do you go to? Holland Park State High School
Favourite apparatus? Beam
Favourite skill? Front Aerial
What is your next skill goal you’re aiming to achieve? Jaeger on Bars
What’s the craziest skill you’d like to try? I have always thought that the ‘flic-flic-layout full’ acro series on beam looks amazing and I hope to try it one day!
Favourite gymnastics memory? Nationals 2018, staying with all of my friends on the NSW state team (and becoming a Delta girl of course!!)
Who is your hero & why? My heroes are definitely my parents. They have taught me to be hardworking, thoughtful, respectful, kind and have always been proud of me no matter what. There is no way that I would be where I am today without them and their support.
Best gymnastics achievement so far? Winning Beam at the 2018 Aus Classics
What do you love most about being part of #teamdelta? I love the way that the club and girls include everyone no matter what. While I don’t actually train at Delta (I represent Delta but train at the QLD HPC) I am always included in Delta events and functions. Delta always supports me and makes me feel like part of the team.
Favourite movie? Divergent or Oceans 8
Favourite food? Tacos
What do you want to be when you finish school? Surgeon
Hobbies outside of gymnastics? Bike riding and sleeping!!
Which Disney character best describes you and why? Piglet (from Whinnie the Pooh) – Piglet is quite shy but kind and while he is very small and timid, he always tries to be brave and come out of his comfort zone.
Best piece of advice you’d give to younger athletes? Always listen to your coaches and trust the process. Even if it doesn’t quite seem like it at the time, they are always doing what it best for you.
