Delta Gymnastics has joined forces with Queensland's leading provider of gymnastics for Adults to offer adult gymnastics classes on the Gold Coast.

Delta Gymnastics has run a successful gymnastics program for adults over the past three years and felt that it was time to partner with "Urban Gymnastics" to provide new and improved services for our local Adult Gymnasts.

Urban Director "Andrew Crunkhorn" commented that he is excited about the prospect of offering classes at the Southport Gymnastics Centre from March and hopes to expand services to include both "Skill Classes", "Strength and Conditioning Classes" and "Parkour Classes".

Classes will be available on Tuesday and Thursday nights from 7:30 - 9:30pm at Delta Southport at Owen Park off Queens Road at Southport.
