Delta has been a leading program in Queensland for over 17 years and now employs a team of ten full time and twenty-two casual staff over four training venues and two gymnastic clubs (Brisbane and St Hilda’s Southport – Gold Coast, Queensland).
Our mission is to provide an opportunity for the growth and the development of each individual by providing excellent gymnastic classes for children of all ages and abilities.ÂAs we continue to expand, we will again be recruiting for the following positions in Brisbane for a June start and welcome all qualified individuals who share our passion for children's gymnastics to apply:
Senior Competitive Coach - Women's Artistic Gymnastics
The opportunity exists for an additional coach to work within our successful Level 4-10 program. This mature program has demonstrated a high quality of coaching across all levels which has lead to our record of winning the titles of State and National Club Champions in 2007, 2008 and 2009. In 2009 our program placed 14 girls onto state teams, placed 6 Individual Overall State Champions, 4 top four places in Australia and One Overall National Champion.
The successful applicant will add to our strong coaching team and will have demonstrated past success, leadership and commitment at Interstate and National level. Opportunities exist for the right candidate to move into a leadership role within the Delta Brisbane competitive program.
Coaching contact hours will be 28-34 hours per week.
Salary Expectation ($40000 – $52000 depending on experience)
Full Time / Casual Development Coach
A position is now available to the successful applicant to develop a career in the sport of gymnastics. This position will enable the right person to learn across the entire Delta program from 2 year olds through to competitive Level 4-5 gymnasts as well as club administration.
This person has the capacity to work across the entire club from 2 year olds to competitive Level 4 - 5 gymnasts.
Applicants must be enthusiastic, passionate about gymnastics and have a desire to be the best they can be. At Delta we provide considerable opportunities for training and mentoring of our team and the successful applicant must demonstrate a willingness to learn and be able to work in a team envirnonment.
For experienced applicants, the opportunity exists to enter our Management structure with a view to developing as an Asssistant Club Manager and ultimately Club Manager.
Coaching contact hours will be 28-34 hours per week.
Salary Expectation ($320000 – $48000 depending on experience)

Delta St Hilda's Southport - Part time / Casual Coaches to coach 1 - 6 hour programs per week including a coach suitable to coach children 2 - 7 years old.
